After my bankroll took a hit at my earlier multi
table tournament, I decided to go back to the more familiar surroundings of
a sit & go tournament, with the aim of regaining some confidence. All I can
sayd is it was probably a bad idea. I am starting to learn that if its not
happening for you, take a break from poker.
Notable Hands
It feels like I`m just not drawing the cards. I
went all in during the one game with KK and was outdrawn by JJ.

I think you already know the answer to the problem: namely, right now you need to gain a little distance from poker. The thing about poker is that it demands your full attention - if you play while multi-tasking it will crush you. Furthermore, poker is also about streaks, and there are times when you can make perfect plays (going all-in with KK against JJ for instance) and still lose. When that happens it is senseless to beat yourself up over it - but you must protect your bankroll. So step back, and then drop down to smaller limit games when you do rejoin the fray. When you start to run good step up a level and play your rush to the maximum!
