After getting hammered in a multi table tournament
again, I went back to our notes and tightened up again. It worked very well,
and this game was pretty much plain sailing.

Multi-table tournaments rarely offer the same kind of value to Novice players. You are far better off playing in single table sit and go`s in order to build up your bankroll. Multi-table tournaments are important from a tournament management perspective, and need to be played, but the bankroll is your first priority. Well done on another solid result!
