Party Poker Not Quite Dead Yet

December 12 - Party Poker, the popular online poker site, has decided to revamp its reward scheme and make it even more lucrative for its players. The main change in the new look program is that Party Poker is focusing on simplicity so that players can understand what is needed to earn points and how they can redeem them in no time.
The Gibraltar-based Party Poker confirmed that it has done away with certain elements of its previous reward program that required players to reach a weekly target if they wanted to earn points. Instead, all players need to concentrate on is playing poker, and the site will grant points based on this fact only.
Every time players wager with real money, they will be awarded points which can then be redeemed for a huge range of prizes in the online shop that include land-based poker packages or even bonuses at Party Poker.
The best news is that players will start to enjoy their rewards much sooner than previously as points can be redeemed at a much lower level.
Party Poker has done away with all other kinds of incentive schemes and from now on, Party Points are the only points awarded at the site. These are issued and credited to the player`s account immediately, every time real money is spent at the poker site.
In addition, Party Poker announced the launch of a brand new site in the form of a VIP room for its high roller players.
