December 18 - One of the most exciting European poker tournaments, the Irish
Open 2010 will run from Thursday 1st - Monday 5th April 2010.
Paddy Power Poker, official backers of the tournament, announced the
full schedule of the event this week.
In addition, the site said that it would be providing an online payment
gateway to allow players to pay for the tournament conveniently through its
website.
While side events of this competition begin on the 1st, the Irish Open Main
Event kicks off on Friday 2nd April and will take place over four days.
"We've further improved the Irish Open side event schedule and I bet that
some players will be upset there are not enough hours in the weekend to play
them all," said the Head of Poker at Paddy Power Poker, Eric Booth. "We are also
delighted to launch the online registration facility for the Irish Open so that
players eager to secure their seat at Europe's longest running poker tournament
can do so months in advance."
