Do you ever wonder who the best online poker players are? What are their usernames and who are the players behind those names? It's the kind of information that could prove very valuable and we have decided to list some of those names right here.
A lot of people know that Scott Fischman is EmptySeat88 on Poker Stars where he built up his bankroll as one of the most feared online players. He has since gone on to win two World Series bracelets.
Erik123 is one of the best known online players and has parlayed his online success into offline celebrity (a lot of poker players now know the name Erik Sagstrom). Other online sensations include Colson10, neverwin, and TheDonator. All three of these players are now well known on the pro circuit.
Neverwin is Dustin Woolf and he also operates a very cool poker strategy and forum website. Colson10 is Carl Olson who has done extremely well playing tournaments on Poker Stars and Poker Room. He finished runner-up in an EPT (European Poker Tour) event and has also cashed in with big wins in the WCOOP (World Championship Of Online Poker).
One of the best online poker players right now has to be JohnnyBax who plays under that username on Party Poker, Poker Stars, and Ultimate Bet. If you run into someone named Schnorkus on Paradise Poker that would also be the lethal Mr. Bax, so consider yourself warned!
Then there is ActionJeff, who plays under that name on Poker Stars, but is JRGarza on Full Tilt Poker and Jeff1187 on Paradise Poker. This is an 18 year-old kid who is still in high school, but who has already netted $50k scores at two different online poker tournaments. The one was held at Poker Stars and the other was on Party Poker where he appears as GIFAFI.
Another big winner from 2005 was DoubleLucky who tore up Ultimate Bet and Full Tilt. He plays as LuckyIsAs on PokerRoom where he won the $1000 "Grand III" tournament last year. A very dangerous opponent.
