Online poker market leader Party Gaming has announced that it will soon
upgrade its online poker room again. It also announced the acquisition of two of
its partners, and that it will end the relationship with Coral Eurobet...
Party Gaming will pay US$14.5 million in cash for Multi Poker and will also
acquire majority share in Intertops Poker for a US$4 million cash.
This will see about 300,000 players being added Party Poker. The move will
give Party
Poker access to the Scandinavian players of Multi Poker.
Party Gaming saw its shares go up by 1.6 percent to 93p, giving the group a
market cap of about 3.7 billion pounds.
Party Gaming are expected to expand its online gambling offer in the new
year, introducing new games.
