Ultimate Bet Sponsors WrestleMania Contest
|
February 16 - Canadian players who share a love for online poker and WrestleMania will be pleased to hear that they can now combine their two favorite pastimes, thanks to Ultimate Bet.
The Kahnawake based online poker room, which works off the Cereus Poker Network, along with its sister site Absolute Poker, has announced that it will be the official Canadian sponsor of the upcoming 25th WrestleMania event, due to take place in Houston in the coming months.
The sponsorship deal comes after Ultimate Bet entered into negotiations with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), which runs the annual WrestleMania event.
This year's anniversary event will be especially popular, drawing people from all over the world at the beginning of April. It is believed that the 71,000 seat Reliant Stadium will be filled to maximum capacity.
The legendary poker player, Annie Duke, speaking for Ultimate Bet said about the partnership: "We are proud to partner with WWE on the 25th anniversary of WrestleMania and to offer one lucky player the ultimate entertainment experience to be part of the drama and action of this pop culture extravaganza."
Ultimate Bet players stand a real chance of winning a prize package that will take them to the WrestleMania event in Houston on April 5th, by entering a series of Texas Hold 'em qualifier tournaments at the site, in the months leading up to the competition.
The prize package will include two return tickets from Canada, tickets to the event, WWE paraphernalia and even $500 in spending money!
