Xbox 360 Howard Lederer Poker Game Launched
|
 November 10 - Gaming enthusiasts and poker fans alike are in for a
treat as game developer, Crave Entertainment, announced this week that it has
shipped out 'World Championship Poker: Featuring Howard Lederer All In' for the Xbox 360.
The realistic poker game pits poker fans against some of the world's leading and
well-known professional poker players including the game's name sake, Howard Lederer, who is a World Series of Poker
(WSOP) bracelet holder and World Poker
Tour (WPT) title holder.
Players can choose to play against Lederer, Annie Duke, Marcel Luske
and Robert Williamson III. The game developers have meticulously added the
players' voices, likenesses, styles of playing and even signature moves to the
game to make
the poker experience as real as possible.
The great thing about this version of World Championship Poker: Featuring Howard Lederer All In is that players can choose to play in
either regular home games, mixed
games and even series poker tournaments.
While Texas Hold'em is undoubtedly the most popular poker game around the world
today, Crave Entertainment have included 19 poker
variants including Hold'em, Omaha, 7-Card Stud and 5-Card Draw, in the game.
The game designers have also added larger, more detailed poker environments for this
Xbox 360 version, including a state-of-the-art shadow-casting system that makes
its seem as if the players are real.
Another great feature of World Championship Poker: Featuring Howard Lederer All
In for Xbox 360 is that it supports XboxLive, an online entertainment network
that allows players (using the EyeToy USB) to see other in real time when they
play against each other online.
