July 9 - The Chief Executive of the independent watchdog group, eCOGRA, Andrew Beveridge, congratulated AffClub affiliate marketing program after it passed on-site inspection and monitoring requirements to earn the eCOGRA Affiliate Trust Seal.
AffClub is program linked to the PartyGaming group and handles administration for iGlobalMedia Entertainment.
This subsidiary of PartyGaming comprises nine well established one tier casino and online poker brands.
The brands in the iGlobalMedia portfolio were purchased from IOG Casinos and Tradal Group in 2007.
"In keeping with the various other PartyGaming operations that eCOGRA reviews, AffClub operates in a highly professional manner and its focus on meeting the needs of affiliates within given control frameworks provides for a reliable and effective platform for affiliates and regulators alike," said the Compliance Manager for eCOGRA, Sean Roberts.
Some of the criteria that affiliate programs need to meet before earning the eCOGRA Affiliate Trust Seal include:
- Proving that affiliate revenue is calculated fairly and accurately.
- Proving that payments are prompt.
- Proving that there are enough controls in place to link players to affiliates if need be.
"Achieving accreditation such as AffClub has done requires high levels of commitment and sound administration and business systems," said Andrew Beveridge.
This is the second PartyGaming affiliate program to earn the seal. Earlier this year, PartyPartners also successfully passed the eCOGRA tests.
