PokerShare.com up to More Monkey Business

 July 24 - Earlier this month, we reported how leading online poker room,
PokerShare.com, had entered a chimpanzee into the 2006 World Series of Poker (WSOP)main
event to play against some of the world greatest poker players.
Well, the story created so much interest within the poker community that the
chimp, named Mikey, now has his very own website at www.monkeyshare.net, which showcases
the cute little tyke.
The website, put up by
PokerShare.com, not only encourages visitors to leave
their details so that they can receive news and update regarding Mikey's
progress at the WSOP, but is also trying to raise awareness for animal education
and preservation.
If you are lucky enough to be Vegas for some WSOP action, get yourself over to
the Palms Hotel on Thursday 27th July, where Mikey will be holding his own press
conference regarding his poker career and love for bananas!
