June 20 - More and more poker sites are coming to realize that their success
will be determined by how much they listen to feedback from their customers. In
an industry that is so tight and competitive, the last thing that these sites
can afford is to earn a reputation as remaining apathetic to their players'
requests.
Bodog Poker has been quietly heeding requests and suggestions from
their customers and has finally decided to upgrade its software. Many of the new
changes found in the new software are based on requests by their players.
And to give the players an even greater role in the decision making process,
Bodog Poker has invited the poker public to take part in the beta testing
process of the new upgraded software on its site.
All players need to do is download the beta client by going to Bodog
online poker and give the new software a shot.
"Offering players the most secure and enjoyable online gaming experience
possible is paramount to Bodog," said Alwyn Morris, the Chief Executive Officer
of Morris Mohawk Gaming Group. "When Bodog Poker players asked for new features
like resizable game play windows and full screen mode, we listened, integrating
those features into the new beta client."
Bodog poker players have consistently requested that the site introduce the
ability to resize the poker tables and Bodog has introduced this feature into
the beta testing process, along with embedded chat and game details, on-demand
player tools and the full screen mode.
In addition, Bodog also announced that other changes would include the
ability for players to play poker at more than the current maximum limit of
three tables at a time.
