July 14 - Five Texans have been indicted by a grand jury for operating an
illegal poker room in the Texas town of McKinney.
The poker room was illegal because the operators were taking a cut of 10 percent
from every table.
Of the five, three were each indicted on one felony count of money laundering
and two felony counts of engaging in organized criminal activity.
They were identified as Johnny Lindsey, Terence Cerutti and Janet Cerutti.
The remaining two accomplices in the underground poker operation, Thomas Eubanks
Robert Slagle, were each charged with two felony counts of engaging in organized
criminal activity.
The poker room was 'busted' when undercover officers were invited to play in a
poker tournament at the said poker room.
Now, instead of Texas Hold'Em the five Texans are apart of Texas Indict'Em!
