The Poker Experiment Makes Its Debut!
|
Online Poker Insider is proud to announce that "The Poker Experiment" will debut exclusively on our website! The Experiment is a real-time, real-life quest to turn a fish into a shark. One rookie poker player will be taken under the wing of a professional poker player, and will then gradually be taught all the necessary poker skills to win at the highest level.
The Poker Experiment updates on a daily basis with blogs, results from real online poker tournaments played by the pupil, key poker strategy articles and tips from the coach, and you can join in at any time. Challenges are welcomed, whereby you get to take on the student at one of four online poker rooms where he plays.
The student, Ryan, who is an editor here at the Insider and a novice poker player, will post dates and times for the poker tournaments in which he plans to participate. Anyone can then play against him. Best of all, the games will be monitored by the coach, who will then post his observations - so you could end up getting some invaluable poker advice about your own game, for free!
We're very excited about this section of our website. It should be extremely instructive for players at every level, and we hope to make it interactive and a true community experience - so participate, comment, dispute, and encourage Ryan as he attempts to become a top poker player!
