April 30 - When Ultimate Bet poker room announced that it was
revamping and enhancing its tournament schedule, players thought that action
couldn't get any hotter at this site. But the people at the Ultimate Bet had
some surprises in store and this week the site announced that it was introducing
not one, but two new promotions that will improve its players' poker experience
tenfold.
The new $1 Pro Rebuy Madness Bounty promotion can earn players extra bucks
simply by taking out pros in a tournament. Ultimate Bet's list of pros includes
the likes of Annie Duke, Phil Hellmuth and, more recently, the musician Scott
Ian, making each event a star-studded occasion.
The new Sniper tournaments have players fight it out for the Sniper title on
a daily or weekly basis, allowing them to earn free entry into tournaments.
These competitions earn players bounty points for each opponent that they take
down, as well as ranks for the sniper title.
Ultimate Bet spokesperson, Ian Maclean said about the new promotions: "We're
continuing to invest time and resources in creating promotions and events that
solidify Ultimate Bet as the most exciting, most lucrative place to play Texas
Hold 'em. The addition of these promotions is evidence of that."
Ultimate Bet recently selected Annie Duke as Card Room consultant - a move
that shows once again how seriously this site takes its players' satisfaction
seriously.
