 May 29 - Online poker professional, Cliff Josephy, who goes
under the name JohnnyBax has received the honor of being the first player to be
signed up to Ultimate Bet's new Star Players Team.
Annie Duke, who together with Ultimate Bet Poker's managerial team, created

Josephy has won a World Series of Poker bracelet and has been placed in the
