Ultimate Bet Signs Up Dave Stann to its Star Players Team
|
October 27 - Ultimate Bet's Star Players Team will be welcoming a new face to its list of poker stars. The online poker room has just signed up with "Hollywood" Dave Stann to join the prestigious list of top poker players that grace their playing tables. Dave Stann is known as a blackjack sensation and a well-known TV personality following his appearance on more than 70 episodes of gambling television.
Stann graduated from Kent State University and spent some time on the stage, after which he moved to LA in 2001 to take up a career in TV and film. During this time Dave made extra money by learning to count cards and beating the blackjack tables in Vegas. He made a name for himself in blackjack and was recognized as one of the top players around. In an attempt to learn a new game, Stann traded blackjack lessons for poker lessons with Annie Duke, champion female poker player.
Dave Stann now joins five other top poker players on Ultimate Bet's roster of brilliant players - Cliff "JohnnyBax" Josephy, James "POKERPRO33" Campbell, Tiffany Michelle, Tracey Scala, and Adam Levy.
