WSOP Memorabilia Being Auctioned on Ebay

November 18 - Poker fans from around the world watched as Peter Eastgate became the youngest player ever to win the World Series of Poker event last week after he took down a star-studded Main Table of players dubbed the November Nine. Eastgate, a 22 year-old Danish professional, beat Phil Hellmuth's record which he set in 1989 when he won the WSOP at the age of 24.

With the excitement of 2008 WSOP still in the air, poker lovers could own a piece of this great event by heading off to eBay to purchase a number of items that were used during the Main Table Event.

The auction for 16 amazing memorabilia has already begun, and poker fans have until November 24th to place their bids on eBay.

Among the items up for grabs include the final table dealer button, with a current bid of $152, as well as the final table deck of cards for $100.

However, the most expensive item up for sale is the WSOP final table and felt, which has generated much interest and is currently being bid for over $25,000.

The Director of Marketing and Corporate Alliances for the World Series of Poker, Ty Steward, said in an official statement: "This is the first time that the public has had the opportunity to bid on authentic items from the World Series of Poker Main Event, and the centerpiece of the auction will be the Final Table itself. We have very passionate fans and we expect this auction to generate a lot of interest."

Even if players are not successful in their bids, they can visit the WSOP store and purchase a wide range of poker related items, including autographed photos, hats and other types of clothing.
